Onwards…

No major news to report and Jakki continues on her journey at Trinity Hospice.  

We thought it would be nice to share a special recent visit from Jakki’s dear grand sons - Chip and Tucker (Peter’s grandsons).  Back in August Jakki and the boys had a zoom call full of catch up, love and mischievous grins sharing traditional Thompson drinks salutations.  As the journey has gone on the boys were very keen to come over and see Jakki and they made the trip a few weekends ago, spending some special time together with Jakki at Thurleigh.  I met Chip and Tucker in London to touch base and it felt like meeting old friends/family having heard a lot over the years from Jakki.  Some fond and amusing stories were shared of Maryland times.

Many of the emails that have come in following blog updates hold both enormous amounts of love that sit tenderly alongside recollections of mischief and fun. Its been an honour to be the conduit and share the emails with Jakki!

A few people have asked for the Trinity address as Jakki is able to receive post there that is addressed to her :).
